With over ten years of experience, Lisette has extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial closings. She is well versed in all stages of the real estate transaction and is extremely efficient in preparing closing packages for lenders – making monetary disbursements and reconciling the trust account.

Lisette is presently working in obtaining her Paralegal certificate from Florida International University (FIU). Friendly, well trained and motivated, Lisette helps us furnish the best service in the industry and makes your deal happen and happy!

With over 24 years of real estate closing experience, Marlene is one of Florida’s most able Paralegals. She excels in resolving all issues and challenges encountered in real estate transactions. Her experience as a legal assistant brings ample expertise along with exceptional knowledge.

Marlene is a graduate of Florida International University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business.

Kamelia has been with the firm since 1999, making her our longest tenured employee. With over 15 years of experience, she is proficient in developer closings and is also our NACA closer.

She specializes in the preparation of all contracts and trust account reconciliation. Kamelia graduated from the University of Miami (GO CANES!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a minor in Psychology.

Elvira joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for the initial file intake and is the first point of contact with the clients. Elvira is also responsible for processing’s, closings, disbursements, and reconciling files.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a title agent for over 10 years. Elvira’s excellent customer service skills and positive attitude are reflected in the professional and proficient manner her real estate closings are conducted.

Maria joined the firm in 2012 and handles any and all post closing issues and assists with the processing of files. Previously, Maria worked as a Senior Claim Analyst with Allstate for 36 years in the insurance industry. She will provide you with great customer service and will become a friend through the closing process.
